Acts 3:1-10 Lame Man Walking
From our passage in Acts 3, we’re going to begin to look at one of the miracles of the apostles, the healing of a man who had been lame from birth. And how the Holy Spirit used that moment to help even more people experience a much greater healing: the healing of their hearts through the power of Jesus!
Acts 2:2.42-47 The Birth of the Church (Part 2)
In Acts 2:42–47, we look at the second half of what the Holy Spirit helped the brand-new believers in Jerusalem focus on: learning to center their lives on Jesus—sharing meals, remembering His sacrifice, and praying together to their Father in Heaven. As they did, the Holy Spirit worked through them to help others discover the life of Jesus too—just like He does with us!
Acts 2:2.42-47 The Birth of the Church
In Acts 2:42–47, we get to see the birth of the church—a group of people who were given the presence of the Holy Spirit and His power to follow Jesus and to share the good news of Jesus with those around them. This is where the story of the church begins!

Acts | The Mission of the Gospel
The book of Acts tells the story of the Mission of the Gospel—proclaimed by the apostles, carried by ordinary believers, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. But the story doesn’t end with the early church. It’s still being written today… through us!

Holy Spirit | Christ In Us
Before Jesus ascended to Heaven, He told His disciples to wait for something He promised earlier: the coming of the Holy Spirit. Let’s discover the amazing reality that Jesus’ presence within us through the Holy Spirit is actually better than Jesus’ physical presence beside us.

Jesus Through the Eyes of John
There was probably no disciple who was as close to Jesus as John was. He was with Jesus from the beginning of His ministry all the way to the end. As John tells us the things he saw about Jesus, his main focus is to show us who Jesus truly is: God the Son.

1 Corinthians
1 Corinthians reminds us how far the redeeming power of God’s grace reaches. It guides a divided church to once again be built up together in Christ. How? Through the power of the Gospel! It helps us to make sure the Gospel is at the center of how we view every aspect of life.

Through the Psalms
The book of Psalms was carefully compiled to tell an amazing story that is woven in and out of the entire book: the purple thread of royalty in the story a coming king; and the crimson thread of the cross in the story of a coming a Savior who will redeem us from our sins.

In Christ I Am
Each description of you as one who is in Christ reveals a little bit more of who you are as a Christian. The Bible is filled with all kinds of beautiful descriptions that fill in those details of the big picture of you, in Christ.
